Toro Restaurant
Founded by restaurateur Fábio Gregol in January 2014 on 104 Sul, in 2020, Toro opened its second unit at JADE HOTEL offering modern interpretations of dishes with family tradition that have become a reference in the gastronomy of the federal capital.
The restaurant specializes in special cuts such as ancho steak. Chef Alexsandro Panta commands the kitchen, exploring the ingredients of the pampas and taking everyone on a journey through the flavors of the south of the country, Uruguay and Argentina. The eclectic menu includes starters, salads, exclusive dishes, meats, fish, risottos, pastas and irresistible desserts. Among the restaurant's delicacies, the Mercado Del Puerto (wide cut of bone-in beef rib), the Lombinho Porto Alegre (marinated pork loin, sealed in the parrilla and wrapped in a parmesan crust), the Parmegiana La Boca (steak breaded and gratin with cheese in tomato sauce) and the incredible Panqueca com Dulce de Leche (Argentine dulce de leche wrapped in pancake dough, torched, served with cream ice cream).
At Toro do Jade Hotel, you can enjoy one of the best breakfast buffets in the city, with fresh seasonal fruits, cakes topped with chocolate sauce and Dulce de Leche, breads, cold cuts, tapioca, omelettes, as well as a diverse selection of hot and cold drinks.
